Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive e-mail management solution, which will grant you full command over your mailboxes and mail campaigns. With this intuitive graphical user interface, you can set up a new mail account in no time and manage its settings with ease. In addition, you can forward e-mails from one email box account to another, activate email filters, create auto-response messages and guard your email box accounts against spam email messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can secure all your mailbox accounts against junk e-mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unasked-for e-mail messages will find their way into your e-mail box. Your mails will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message marked as spam should be erased or redirected to a particular mail account.
Email Filters
Mail filters are great for filtering your incoming electronic mails according to specific rules defined by you. Setting up email filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be created and will go into effect instantly. You can swiftly set up a filter for any of your email box accounts and select the mail filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming e-mails from one email mailbox to another, or even to several other electronic mail accounts. Just specify the email account you wish to forward e-mail messages from, then select the destination e-mail box and indicate if you wish to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can quickly set up the e-mail client of your choosing to access your email accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox account you would like to set up on your personal computer or smartphone and click on the email client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new e-mail account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager, managing multiple e-mail boxes simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager GUI will also permit you to quickly create an auto-response message - enter the message you would like people to view and our system will take care of everything else. And if you wish to set up a catch-all email box - you can do that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
